Ingredients:
2-3 lbs beef roast (or pork if you like)
1 (28 oz) can of diced tomatoes, with liquid
1 (16oz) can kidney beans, with liquid
1 medium onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1-2 tsp of chili powder
Technique:
Combine all in crock-pot, run on LOW for 6-8 hours. Remove meat and shred meat with a fork and return to the pot. Serve and Enjoy! Buon appetito!
